Areas of Practice
Carpentry
We handle the core structural build and framing work, establishing the physical layout and support system for the entire project. This includes framing additions, building load-bearing walls with structural headers to handle weight distribution, and securing subflooring over floor joists to prevent flexing and squeaks. Once the main framing is complete, we hang drywall, install door and window openings, and finish the space with custom cabinetry, trim, and exterior decking—delivering a straight, solid structure built to code that every other trade can seamlessly tie into.
Electrical
We handle the complete electrical infrastructure, managing system power from the main utility connection down to individual end devices. This includes upgrading electrical panels to handle higher amperage loads, pulling wire through framed runs, and placing junction boxes for safe, accessible connections. We wire and balance 120V and 240V dedicated circuits for heavy appliances and HVAC units, mount and terminate lighting fixtures, and ensure all wiring connections strictly meet National Electrical Code standards.
Plumbing
We install complete plumbing systems from ground-up supply and drainage to final fixture trim. This includes running underground main drain, waste, and vent lines at proper slope, laying high-pressure supply piping, and setting accurate rough-in connections for showers, tubs, and sinks. We also pipe and pressure-test gas lines for appliances, hook up water heaters, and mount final fixtures—ensuring leak-free operation, proper water pressure, and full compliance with local plumbing codes.
As a fully licensed and certified HVAC contractor, we install, service, and tune up complete heating and cooling systems to optimize performance and indoor air quality. We custom-fabricate ductwork, properly size and mount furnaces, boilers, air handlers, and outdoor condensing units, and integrate smart thermostats for precise climate control. From routine maintenance to balancing room-by-room airflow and static pressure, we keep your equipment running efficiently and reliably year-round.
HVAC
As a fully EPA-licensed and certified HVAC/R contractor, we manage commercial refrigeration systems from initial setup through precise calibration and ongoing service. We install and service walk-in coolers, freezers, industrial chillers, and building condensing units—brazing specialized heavy-wall copper line sets, evacuating lines, and charging systems with exact refrigerant levels to maximize cooling efficiency. We also integrate digital temperature controls and monitoring systems to protect perishable inventory and maintain reliable, code-compliant operations.
